Our mission is simple: to protect the island’s vibrant marine life through dedicated marine conservation efforts, support crucial wildlife initiatives, and create life-changing experiences for volunteers from around the world. 

This program was built from years of hands-on conservation work and adventure leadership. Bart and Jan have personally led tours to Mauritius over the years, guiding individuals through unforgettable marine and environmental projects focused on marine conservation. Their passion for nature, deep knowledge of the island, and love for working with volunteers inspired them to share this unique experience with future conservation travelers. 

Their goal is to open a door for others to discover what they’ve witnessed firsthand: the magic of Mauritius, the importance of protecting its ecosystems, and the joy that comes from giving back through impactful volunteer programs.
